Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir in Vollzeit einen (Junior-) Sales Consultant (remote möglich).

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Erstellung von Angeboten
  • Enge Kommunikation via E-Mail und Telefon mit nationalen und internationalen Kunden
  • Prüfung der Machbarkeit von Projektanfragen, Scripting oder Programmierung von Online-Fragebögen, Auswertung von Daten und Durchführung einfacher Analysen
  • Versand von Online-Umfrageeinladungen und Steuerung der Befragungen
  • Laufende Projektkontrolle und proaktive Kommunikation mit den Kunden
  • Eigenverantwortliches Erstellen von Projektplänen und Anpassung zur termingerechten Projekterfüllung
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im wissenschaftlichen, technischen oder sozialwissenschaftlichen Bereich
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohes Maß an Genauigkeit und Verlässlichkeit
  • Zahlenaffinität und gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Excel, MS Word)
  • Verständnis von Kundenbedürfnissen
  • Kenntnisse in SPSS sowie Erfahrung im Bereich Marktforschung sind von Vorteil
  • Freude an der Mitarbeit in einem multikulturellen Team
  • Projektmanagementkompetenz und Fähigkeit zur Priorisierung von Aufgaben
