Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Sales Manager Consulting - Customer Service / Administration. As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing them with expert advice and support in selecting the right products for their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow customer relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our products and services remain competitive
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software
