Position Overview:
The Technical Sales Consultant will be instrumental in propelling our sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in enterprise sales support, particularly within a technology-driven environment, and a proven history of aiding sales teams in securing contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales representatives to comprehend client needs and devise customized technical solutions.
- Deliver comprehensive technical presentations and demonstrations of our AI offerings.
- Address and resolve technical questions from potential clients, ensuring their trust in our solutions.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Provide technical insight and support throughout the sales process, from initial discussions to post-sales assistance.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation, proposals, and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Remain informed about industry developments, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Language: Proficiency in both German and English is essential.
- Experience: At least 6 years of experience in enterprise sales support, with a significant portion in a technology-focused environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of technical solutions, especially in AI and related fields.
- Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated ability to work in tandem with sales representatives to facilitate technical discussions.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to think strategically and creatively to resolve client challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, adept at explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
