Embark on an impactful journey as a (Senior) HR Business Partner (M/F/d) for Clean & Cold Room Solutions Unit at Viessmann. Join our forward-thinking team and drive HR strategies that empower our workforce and fuel organizational growth. You will work closely with our CEO, German, and International Sales organizations in countries like France, UK, Benelux, and Iberica. To champion the implementation of strategic, innovative HR initiatives, cultivate a culture of excellence and maximize employee engagement.

**Your impact**:

- Driving organizational changes in the Clean and Cold room solutions unit ensuring optimal employee alignment in key positions for enhanced operational effectiveness
- Supporting the organizational growth of the Vitec organization and facilitating the progression of HR processes to achieve higher levels of maturity and efficiency
- Ensuring operational HR excellence by seamlessly managing HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle, fostering a smooth and seamless experience for employees
- Enhancing HR processes to streamline operations, maximize productivity, and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
- Providing strategic guidance and support to optimize HR practices, enabling the organization to attract, develop, and retain top talent
- Leading a small team of HR coordinators

**Who you are**:
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to confidently tackle complex challenges and deliver efficient solutions. Your structured and systematic approach to tasks and projects ensures that you consistently achieve high-quality results within designated timelines while maintaining a hands-on and action-oriented mindset. With your proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, you excel in delivering exceptional service and thrive in collaborative environments. You enjoy working in an international environment, and you are familiar with cross-border HR activities. Additionally, you have:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree (or equivalent) in business administration, law, or psychology
- Proven experience working in an international context
- Track record of driving performance and engagement across the organization, with a proven ability to develop and implement organizational change initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
- Proficiency in utilizing HR and Google tools, backed by relevant experience
- Regular travel between Hof and Mainz, and occasionally to the international Sales locations
