  • Ensure adherence to applicable processes and regulatory standards.
  • Take charge of preventing, avoiding, and resolving errors in daily functions, emphasizing data management and synchronization processes.
  • Participate in the planning of projects and workshops aimed at process enhancement and play an active role in their execution.
  • Delve into the technical aspects of market communication, offering methodological and technical expertise to bolster the team.
  • Work independently with both internal and external service providers.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training along with a recognized additional qualification or its equivalent.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and exploring topics in depth to create effective solutions in collaboration with colleagues, clients, and customers.
  • Knowledgeable about connections within the energy sector, leveraging insights for analysis and optimization.
  • Capable of managing various topics flexibly, prioritizing tasks proactively, and maintaining diligence.
  • Customer-focused with an empathetic communication style, openness, and a strong willingness to learn.
