Procurement Specialist

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Einkäufer (m/w/d) für unseren Kunden, einen namenhaften Energiekonzern, in Essen. Als Einkäufer (m/w/d) bist Du mitverantwortlich für die Betreuung und Ausführung des "Procure-to-Pay" (P2P) - Prozesses im operativen Einkauf.
Aufgaben:- Als Einkäufer (w/m/d) bist Du mitverantwortlich für die Betreuung und Ausführung des "Procure-to-Pay" (P2P) - Prozesses im operativen Einkauf.
- Du nimmst SAP-Bestellanforderungen an, prüfst diese inhaltlich und erstellst Bestellungen im SAP-System inklusive dem Einholen der erforderlichen Unterschriften und Versand an Lieferanten.
- Die preisliche Rechnungsprüfung zählt ebenfalls zu Deinem Aufgabengebiet.
- Du stellst die sachgerechte Anlage in SAP sowie die Nutzung von Rahmenverträgen innerhalb der Supply Chain Organisation sicher und Du koordinierst dies zusammen mit den strategischen Einkäufern.
- Dir obliegt im Rahmen des Bestellversandes auch eine Kontroll- und Prüffunktion an den Bestellprozess.
- Du bist darüber hinaus verantwortlich für generelle SAP-Anpassungen/Änderungen, wie Kontierungsänderungen, Obligo Bereinigungen sowie für die Anlage und Pflege von Lieferantenstammdaten.
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung z. B. als Einkäufer (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du konntest bereits Erfahrungen im "Procure-to-Pay"-Prozess sammeln.
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit SAP MM (R3 und/oder S4 Hana) kommen Dir zugute.
- Du pflegst einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office Programmen.
- Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch, gute Englischkenntnisse kannst du idealweise auch vorweisen.
- Deine Kommunikationsstärke und Erfahrung im Umgang mit internen Stakeholdern sowie Lieferanten und Kollegen innerhalb der Supply Chain Organisation hilft Dir, Dich in einem vielfältigen Arbeitsumfeld zurechtzufinden.
- Du hast Spaß daran, sowohl eigenverantwortlich als auch im Team zu arbeiten und reagierst offen und flexibel auf Veränderungen.
- Du bringst eine hohe Prozessorientierung, effiziente und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, um Dich in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten.
