Procurement Specialist

We are a leading construction company in Germany, with a strong presence in various sectors, including civil engineering, road construction, and building construction. Our company has a long history of delivering high-quality projects and has established itself as a trusted partner in the industry.
We are currently seeking a Procurement Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team in Essen. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials and services for our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure materials and services from suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating prices and terms.
- Manage and analyze procurement data, identifying trends and opportunities for cost savings.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
- Proven experience in procurement or a related field, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address procurement-related issues.
