Funktionsbereich: Einkauf

Als Procurement Specialist (d/m/w) bei RWE Renewables Europe & Australia GmbH unterstützt du die täglichen Beschaffungsaktivitäten im Bereich Direct Procurement für unsere Onshore-Wind- und Solarprojekte in Europa und Australien während der Entwicklungs- und Bauphase sowie im Bereich Betrieb & Wartung.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung unserer operativen Onshore-Wind- und Solarprojekte
  • Unterstützung von Ausschreibungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den entsprechenden Funktionen in internationalen Teams
  • Verwaltung von Serviceverträgen und Vereinbarungen für Ersatzteile und andere Materialien für Windkraftanlagen in multidisziplinären und internationalen Teams
  • Analysieren und Bewerten von Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Erstellen von Preisvergleichen
  • Verwalten der Arbeit in SAP für Bestellanforderungen aus den technischen Funktionen
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von internen und externen Meetings
  • Übernehmen von Ad-hoc-Anfragen zur Unterstützung laufender Projekte
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung einer Datenbank für Erfahrungen und Lieferantenmanagement
  • Erstellen von Management-Präsentationen
  • Implementierung von Rahmenverträgen in das SAP-System, um automatische Bestellungen zu ermöglichen
  • Abrufe für bestehende Rahmenverträge tätigen
  • Umwandlung von Bestellanforderungen in Bestellungen, wenn es keine automatischen SAP-Verträge gibt
  • Unterstützung bei der Abfrage von Rechnungen für Bestellungen

Dein Profil:

  • Laufendes Studium idealerweise im Bereich Supply Chain, Projektmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft oder Ingenieurwesen
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen in einem internationalen Unternehmen Interkulturelles Verständnis und Offenheit im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Kulturen
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch ist ein Plus, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Sichere Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint und Outlook)
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, gepaart mit kreativem Denken, Neugierde und Proaktivität
