Position Overview
To enhance our Compliance Department, we are seeking a Compliance Assistant (m/f/d) based in Aschheim (Munich).

Your Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying compliance-related risks.
- Contribute to the creation, enhancement, and submission of both global and local company policies, regulations, and process specifications.
- Facilitate employee education and training, including conducting compliance interviews.
- Monitor compliance activities of the company and its employees.
- Investigate instances of non-compliant behavior.
- Provide advice and maintain internal communication regarding all compliance matters related to the company, its subsidiaries, branches, and parent company in Japan, while overseeing relevant compliance measures and structures.
- Support the ongoing development of the compliance management system and supervise KYB Europe's subsidiaries and branches in this regard.
- Prepare and execute compliance-related reporting activities for the company's top management and parent company in Japan.

Your Qualifications
- You possess an apprenticeship or degree in law and/or business administration, with initial experience in regulatory compliance, gained through your studies or work in an international organization.
- You demonstrate a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to grasp complex topics.
- You have a solid understanding of risk management and control requirements.
- You are eager to learn about compliance management systems.
- You possess excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude, suitable for a multinational team.
- Proficiency in German is essential, either as a native speaker or with advanced speaking and writing skills.
- You also have strong business English and Japanese language skills, both spoken and written.
- Familiarity with common MS Office applications is expected.
