We are currently seeking a Compliance Assistant (m/f/d) to bolster our Compliance Department located in Aschheim (Munich).
Key Responsibilities- Assist in identifying compliance-related risks.
- Contribute to the development, enhancement, and submission of both global and local policies, regulations, and procedural specifications.
- Facilitate employee education and training, including conducting compliance interviews.
- Monitor compliance activities of the company and its employees.
- Investigate instances of non-compliance and provide recommendations.
- Offer guidance and maintain internal communication regarding compliance matters related to the company, its subsidiaries, and its parent organization in Japan, while overseeing relevant compliance measures.
- Support the evolution of the compliance management system and supervise compliance tasks across KYB Europe's subsidiaries and branches.
- Prepare and execute compliance-related reporting for senior management and the parent company in Japan.
- Possess an apprenticeship or degree in law and/or business administration, with initial experience in compliance regulations, either through education or previous employment in an international setting.
- Demonstrate a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving, with the capability to grasp complex issues.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of risk management and control requirements.
- Show a keen motivation to learn about compliance management systems.
- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively support a diverse, multinational team.
- Fluency in German, either as a native speaker or with advanced proficiency in both spoken and written forms.
- High-level proficiency in business English and Japanese, in both spoken and written formats.
- Proficient in the use of standard MS Office applications.
