Position Overview
To enhance our Compliance Department in Aschheim (Munich), we are seeking a Compliance Assistant (m/f/d).

Your Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying compliance-related risks.
- Contribute to the creation, enhancement, and submission of both global and local company policies, regulations, and process specifications.
- Facilitate employee education and training, including conducting compliance interviews.
- Monitor compliance activities of the company and its employees.
- Identify and investigate instances of non-compliance.
- Provide advice and maintain internal communication regarding all compliance matters related to the company, its subsidiaries, branches, and its parent company in Japan, while overseeing relevant compliance measures and structures.
- Further develop the compliance management system and supervise KYB Europe's subsidiaries and branches in this regard.
- Prepare and execute compliance-related reporting activities for the company's senior management and its parent company in Japan.

Your Qualifications
- A completed apprenticeship or degree in law and/or business administration, with initial experience in regulatory compliance either during your studies or in a role within an international organization.
- A structured and analytical mindset, capable of grasping complex topics.
- Strong understanding of risk management and control requirements.
- A keen motivation to learn about compliance management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, fostering collaboration within a multinational team.
- Proficiency in German (native or excellent speaking and writing skills).
- High-level business English and Japanese language skills in both speaking and writing.
- Proficient in using common MS Office applications.
