About the Role:

Hydrafacial Germany GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Stuttgart. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads and managing the sales process for our capital equipment in the aesthetic practices and medical spas market in the Southwest Germany region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aesthetic practices and medical spas market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and Regional Training Specialist to ensure successful device installation and training.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Participate in trade shows and events to promote our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development in the aesthetic practices or medical spas industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in German is a must, English is a plus.
