Student Assistant in Portfolio Management

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated student to support our Portfolio Management and ESG Office in Frankfurt for a minimum duration of 6 months.
Responsibilities:
As a working student, you will have the opportunity to engage with both sustainability experts and investment professionals, gaining valuable insights into how ESG factors influence investment strategies and client portfolios. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing our sustainable investment approaches.
Key Tasks Include:
- Collaborating with various portfolio management teams to evaluate relevant securities, focusing on material ESG and impact-related criteria.
- Identifying and integrating ESG data for comprehensive analysis and reporting.
- Assisting in the maintenance of internal research and data platforms.
- Preparing presentations and analytical reports.
- Supporting ad-hoc projects as needed.
Candidate Profile:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, preferably in economics, business, sustainability, or related fields.
- Excellent written communication skills, with fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; programming experience is advantageous.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with ESG analysis of financial instruments and databases (e.g., Bloomberg, MSCI ESG) is preferred.
