Head of Production Operations

As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager for Production (m/f/d) to take charge of our production facility and its operations.

GOOD BANK stands at the forefront of innovation in the food sector in Germany, specializing in hydroponically cultivated vegetables and herbs that are transformed into convenient, ready-to-eat meals and snacks. With our ongoing expansion, we are in search of a committed Operations Manager who can drive our production initiatives and play a vital role in the evolution of our food enterprise.
Our clientele includes prominent names in the food retail landscape, reinforcing our dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage our IFS Global Markets Food certified production operations, ensuring optimal and effective workflows.
- Oversee quality assurance and compliance, working closely with our internal Quality Management (QM) team to uphold the high standards expected by our clients.
- Engage collaboratively with management, sales, and other departments to achieve production targets and support our growth objectives.
- Lead and mentor a growing team, fostering professional development and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
- Continuously seek to enhance our production processes and implement innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity, preferably within the manufacturing or food sectors.
- Proven success in managing scalable business models and production workflows.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team development and management.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
- Self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is advantageous.
