This requires our ML engineers to excel in engineering, data science, and client engagement.

Your Role

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will become an integral part of our expanding ML team, collaborating with 15 other talented engineers.

This position offers ample opportunity for you to contribute your ideas. Our rapidly growing team is committed to supporting your professional development. We value proactivity and personal accountability, fostering a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become a vital member of our dynamic ML Engineering team.
  • Collaborate in small groups on ML projects for innovative clients.
  • Design and implement robust ML applications tailored to client needs.
  • Utilize your expertise in data engineering, computer science, and machine learning, working with cutting-edge technologies such as Kubernetes, Airflow, and Kafka.
  • Communicate project implications to business stakeholders, emphasizing the human aspects to maximize the impact of our ML solutions.
  • Contribute to the growth of Enjins, taking on increasing responsibilities.

Initial Milestones

  • Complete the Enjins ML Engineering onboarding program, gaining insights into our operations and becoming a certified cloud practitioner in AWS/Azure or GCP.
  • Commence your first client project.

3-Month Goals

  • Develop and implement effective ML applications for your client, establishing a solid foundation for your engineering skills.
  • Engage in multiple feedback sessions with your project team to enhance your consulting and project management abilities.

6-Month Objectives

  • Identify and recommend new tools, methods, and processes that enhance our work.
  • Participate in the recruitment process for additional ML Engineers to join our team.
  • Significantly contribute to your client's progress, improving their operational velocity.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Ambitious, pragmatic, and proactive, with a preference for working in small teams.
  • Comfortable engaging with clients at the executive level (CTO, CFO, CIO, etc.) to achieve optimal results.
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, and Git.
  • Fluent in English and eligible to work in the relevant location.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with containerization (Kubernetes & Docker), networking, ETL/ELT tools, and basic MLOps concepts.
  • A passionate engineer eager to explore new programming languages, frameworks, or cloud services.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
