Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Product Engineer, you will be dedicated to delivering customer value and assessing the success of your contributions through the business impact you generate. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to strategize, implement, and launch features. Your open-mindedness towards unconventional solutions and your enthusiasm for validating ideas through experimentation and metrics will be crucial.
You will be entrusted with significant responsibilities, including identifying root problems, formulating plans, and developing new features. Your role will encompass delivering functionalities across the software stack, covering frontend, backend, AI, and DevOps tasks (mastery in all areas is not required). You will have the support of your team to assist you in areas where you may need guidance. Learning from each other and growing with your responsibilities are fundamental aspects of this position.
Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software or AI engineer
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and experience in running software in production
- Comfortable with giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Proactive in promoting code quality and best practices within the codebase
