Lead Project Manager in Renewable Energy Solutions

Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage intricate Renewable Energy projects and programs, leveraging expertise in IPP / PPA.
  • Assist in all project phases, including concept development, feasibility studies, tender preparation, bid clarification, evaluation, and contract negotiations.
  • Deliver additional technical consultancy services globally as an owner's engineer, lender's technical advisor, or independent engineer.
  • Collaborate effectively with both internal and external project partners.
  • Engage closely with colleagues and team members.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary projects, particularly with the wind energy and hydrogen sectors.
  • Conduct site visits and travel as necessary throughout various project phases.
  • Engage in business development initiatives to enhance the company's brand and service offerings.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (preferably electrical engineering or a related field).
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in utility-scale PV or wind power projects.
  • Proven experience in IPP and EPC tender preparation.
  • Familiarity with both PV and wind technologies is advantageous; however, in-depth expertise in at least one technology is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience with electrical storage systems is a plus.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, facilitating open and friendly interactions with clients and project partners from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Willingness to travel as part of project responsibilities.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are beneficial.
