Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop innovative cloud solutions using AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and driving customer success.
  • Take ownership of the ideation process, requirement assessment, and consulting services for our customers.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, ensuring a robust sales pipeline and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Forecast and track key sales metrics, driving to exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of learning and development, strong stakeholder management, and co-selling sales skills.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading and developing solution sales teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Be a technical and business consultant to our clients, providing expert guidance before, during, and after implementations.
  • Experience in working with and leading international teams is an advantage.
  • A drive to learn new things and a keen interest in the public cloud, with a willingness to stay up-to-date with cloud evolution.
  • A get-it-done attitude and ownership for tasks from inception to completion.
  • Strong work ethic, track record of high productivity, and sales achievement.
  • University degree in business, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a similar technical degree.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe for work-related business.
  • Business fluency in English, with German skills preferred but not essential.
