Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our team. As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing weekly content newsletters to engage with our customers. You will also develop existing communication channels and establish new ones to improve customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Content Creation: Plan, design, and execute weekly content newsletters to educate and engage our customers.
- Channel Development: Develop existing communication channels and establish new ones to improve customer interactions.
- Email Automation: Create automated email flows based on user journeys and conduct A/B tests to optimize email performance.
- Customer Insights: Conduct surveys and focus groups to better understand our customers' needs and preferences.
- Data Analysis: Segment customers, analyze success metrics, and track KPIs to inform business decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Education: Completed studies in Business or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of CRM experience.
- Skills: Analytical skills, technical understanding, and proficiency in CRM tools.
- Language: Proficient in Office Software, Google Suite, Excel, and German language.
- Teamwork: Team player with the ability to work independently.
