Inside Sales Representative for Digital Solutions

Job Description:
Become a part of our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Representative, where you will be responsible for acquiring and managing our valued customers. In this role, you will engage with small and medium-sized businesses, promoting Stepstone's digital products, including Online Job Ads.
Your commitment will significantly contribute to transforming the job market, ensuring it serves everyone effectively.
Your Responsibilities:
- Engage in sales of our products to B2B customers nationwide via phone
- Discover new customer opportunities through thorough market analysis
- Offer personalized advice, maintain customer relationships, and continuously grow your portfolio
- Independently generate and follow up on proposals until successful closure
- Collaborate proactively with Customer Service to uncover additional sales opportunities and enhance customer support
