Employee Engagement Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Engagement Business Partner to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Corporate Processes & Information Technology (CPIT) Unit Client Services, you will play a vital role in driving employee and executive engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement employee and executive engagement strategies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and oversee the unit's most relevant achievements, evaluating internal and external opportunities for content placement and steering the achievement collection.
- Design and execute business-specific campaigns to ensure consistent messaging across CPIT and SAP.
- Manage the central communication infrastructure and tools to enhance overall communication efficiency.
- Conduct governance of communication assets and manage relevant stakeholders and communities to ensure consistency across the CPIT organization.
- Support external executive engagements and ensure a unified, one-voice messaging.
- Provide tailored support to meet the unique needs of the unit Client Services.
The Employee Engagement & Governance CoE team is part of CPIT Business Operations, driving core business services for the entire CPIT organization. We assist the Chief Process & Information Officer (CPIO) and L3 managers with managing strategic initiatives, maintaining high standards of employee engagement, and enhancing governance of operational services.
This position is limited for the duration of one year.
