Senior Partner Engagement Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Global Partner Enablement Team as a Senior Partner Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing partner training programs, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality content delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate partner nominations, scheduling, and training dates
  • Work closely with Signavio Services to ensure trainers and materials are available
  • Prepare and submit funding requests for partner training programs
  • Oversee the organization and execution of SIG training sessions
  • Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of various enablement formats
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure all training requirements are met
  • Monitor and report on training outcomes, participant feedback, and ROI
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in the software industry or in a partner-facing role
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • Understanding of cloud solution delivery through partners
  • Experience in training coordination, event management, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Familiarity with SAP Signavio products and services is a plus
