We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Partner Engagement Specialist to join our Global Partner Enablement Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing partner training programs, ensuring seamless delivery of Signavio Services, and driving successful partnerships and integrations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage partner training programs, including scheduling training dates and securing trainer and material availability.
- Work closely with Signavio Services to ensure trainers and materials are available for scheduled training sessions.
- Prepare and submit funding requests for partner training programs, ensuring budget alignment and approval.
- Oversee the organization and execution of SIG training sessions, ensuring content quality and relevance.
- Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of various enablement formats, ensuring they meet partner needs and organizational objectives.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure all training requirements are met and executed seamlessly.
- Monitor and report on training outcomes, participant feedback, and ROI to drive continuous improvement.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in the software industry or in a partner-facing role (Partner management, sales, consulting, etc.)
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Understanding of cloud solution delivery through partners
- Experience in training coordination, event management, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with SAP Signavio products and services is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of internal and external stakeholders both verbally and in writing
- Capacity to work accurately on multiple tasks with multidisciplinary teams
- Fluent English and Business Level English
