AED-SYNERGIS develops national and international software solutions in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), serving both private industry and public administration.
We are currently seeking a Senior Account and Sales Executive (m/w/x) for surveying and cadastral authorities within the public sector.
We are looking for a sales-oriented and technically savvy individual to represent our company externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management (60%)
Manage and strategically advise our long-standing clients, ensuring responsibility for order volumes of approximately €10 million. Prepare offers, negotiate contracts, and close significant business deals. - Sales (25%)
Promote modern enterprise software solutions in the surveying and cadastral sector, manage tenders, and ensure a robust sales pipeline. - Networking & Presentations (15%)
Actively maintain and expand your network, participate in events and trade fairs, and deliver expert presentations.
Qualifications:
- Professional Experience: Experience in sales positions, ideally within the public administration sector or related industries.
- Industry Knowledge: Preferably, you have experience in surveying and the GIS sector to identify, assess, and categorize potential use cases and market opportunities.
- Sales Expertise: Strong sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to close significant business deals.
- Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Capability to develop sales strategies based on market analysis and customer needs to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in German; English skills are an advantage.
- Willingness to Travel: Within Germany (approximately 20%).
