Senior Account Executive - Retail, Logistics, Utilities, Media, Services (m/w/d)

In the role of Senior Account Executive, you will act as a key representative for T-Systems International GmbH, showcasing our capabilities as a leading IT solutions provider and partner in digital transformation for our target and existing clientele.

  • Cultivate robust relationships with customers at the executive level, aligning their current challenges and requirements with our comprehensive offerings in Consulting, Cloud Services, Digital Innovations, SAP Solutions, and Cybersecurity.
  • Promote our extensive service and product offerings to enterprises across the Retail, Logistics, Utilities, Media, and Services sectors.
  • Take ownership of achieving sales objectives related to order acquisition and overall revenue growth.
  • Design and execute customer-centric sales strategies aimed at account enhancement and ensure their sustainable implementation.
  • Collaborate with various sales teams across different service lines to effectively manage the complete customer acquisition lifecycle.
  • Discover new business prospects beyond the IT domain while nurturing and enhancing existing client relationships.
  • Stay attuned to market trends within Retail, Logistics, and Services, generating innovative sales strategies to capitalize on these insights.
  • Identify potential target clients, craft tailored engagement strategies, and execute them with the necessary support.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of proven sales experience in the relevant sectors with a successful track record.
  • A strong personal network at middle management and C-level.
  • Insight into customer challenges specific to the industry.
  • High affinity for technology and a passion for complex problem-solving.
  • Proficient in navigating a sales organization effectively.
  • Strong focus on customer needs and proactive initiative.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in both German and English.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a readiness to travel.
