Project DescriptionOne of our key initiatives is centered on advancing therapeutic strategies for Huntington's disease, a severe neurodegenerative condition that disrupts the glymphatic and lymphatic systems, which are essential for the elimination of cerebral waste products.
The primary manifestations of this disorder include motor impairments, cognitive deterioration, and various neurological complications. Currently, there is a lack of known interventions to postpone the onset of Huntington's disease, as well as insufficient digital resources to assess the lymphatic system.
Our MissionOur objective is to gather extensive imaging data from these critical systems to develop a machine learning algorithm, ultimately creating a versatile tool for preclinical therapeutic assessment.
