Position Overview
As a Key Account Manager in the Retail division, you will play a crucial role in our Large & Key Accounts Sales Department.
Your Responsibilities:
- Achieve and surpass annual sales objectives.
- Engage with key accounts to uncover, assess, and realize cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Develop, manage, and monitor multi-tiered proposals, bids, and contracts, alongside conducting high-level sales negotiations.
- Analyze client needs and evaluate implementation strategies utilizing our comprehensive product and service offerings.
- Formulate key account strategies and growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in sales within a related field, coupled with substantial industry expertise.
- Strong negotiation capabilities and a proven track record of closing deals at the executive level.
Educational Background:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in economics, business informatics, electronic business, e-commerce, or a related discipline, or an equivalent qualification.
- Familiarity with payment service providers, acquirers, or credit card companies is advantageous.
- Proficient in both German and English, with excellent command of MS Office; knowledge of SAP R3 is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
