Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Pmo to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The Project Manager Pmo will be responsible for:

  • Creating project plans and schedules, including milestones, EE-release planning, and organization of planning workshops as needed
  • Supporting project control in terms of costs, quality, and timelines
  • Preparing reports and decision-making documents, including quality gates, milestones, and reification
  • Presenting to stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Preparing, conducting, and moderating meetings, decision-making bodies, and workshops
  • Coordinating and creating prototype configurations and content descriptions (basic structure, assembly, and software)
  • Ensuring prototype and vehicle procurement, including setting up order notification dates and tracking parts to ensure timely availability
  • Continuously improving existing methods, tools, and processes, conducting benchmarks, and selecting, collecting, and evaluating key performance indicators for evaluation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a technical field, such as mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
  • Knowledge of product development processes and methods in the field of commercial vehicle technology
  • Advanced knowledge of commercial vehicle products, including engine mechanics and electronics
  • Knowledge of SAFe is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access) and SAP
  • Confident communication and presentation skills, as well as a sense of responsibility and self-motivation
