At ServiceNow, we are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our sales team in driving rapid new business sales growth in the region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and driving sales strategy for the region, engaging in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity development, and driving revenue by supporting and assisting Field Sales Teams in closing opportunities.

You will also be responsible for recruiting, coaching, and mentoring team members to drive excellence, developing territories and quota for the sales team, and effectively communicating performance expectations within the team. Additionally, you will manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline to the business, and achieve annual sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an extensive track record of new business sales success, including presentation and negotiation skills within industry and at C Level. You will also need to have strong strategic thinking, analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals, as well as ownership of accurate CRM reports, including current and future quarterly forecasts and opportunity inspection.
