Your Mission:- Go-To-Market Strategy: Collaborate with our GTM regions to align marketing and sales approaches, providing data-driven insights to support country heads and developing new sales strategies.
- Customer Journey Management: Own process-relevant tasks and customer touchpoints to ensure seamless customer experiences, scalable structures, and outstanding results within the right timeframe.
- Sales Process Development: Design and implement standardized sales processes from lead generation to deal closure and execution, ensuring a smooth customer journey.
- KPI Development: Develop and refine KPIs for customer-facing departments to measure performance at each sales funnel stage, including customer success phases.
- Technology Stack: As a super admin of HubSpot, Vitally, and Mixpanel, you'll formulate and execute strategies in our technological environment.
- Customer Journey Progress Analysis & Enablement: Conduct in-depth analysis and benchmarking of sales, marketing, and customer success progresses, identifying strategic areas for improvement and proposing process adaptations.
- Knowledge Exchange: Moderate a global platform for the exchange of best practices, market insights, and competitor intelligence.
- A degree in business administration, economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Consulting, Sales-, Marketing-, or Customer Success Operations.
- Good knowledge of CRM Systems (such as HubSpot) and their interplay with other relevant technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and successfully completing projects with international teams.
- Ambitious, motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Hands-on mentality.
- Conceptual, analytical, and structured way of working.
- Start-up mentality: continuous improvement is essential.
- Professional experience in a start-up or scale-up, ideally.
- Fluency in English and German.
