Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Safety Specialist to join our team in Minden, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our chemical plants and processes, as well as developing and implementing safety procedures and protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols for chemical plants and processes
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety training programs
- Develop and maintain safety documentation, including safety reports and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as chemical engineering, process safety, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process safety, chemical engineering, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing safety procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
