Senior Compliance Manager for EU Transport Operations

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional networking, assurance, and communication capabilities, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and analytical thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recommend, implement, and monitor both preventative and corrective measures to meet quality assurance standards.
- Own and manage fleet accountability metrics throughout the EU.
- Conduct ongoing data analysis and documentation of service quality levels.
- Foster effective relationships with senior leadership and legal teams.
- Travel to various Delivery Stations to oversee quality assurance processes and vehicle health.
The EU Fleet Compliance Team is committed to maintaining fleet roadworthiness, ensuring that all operations are conducted safely and in compliance with legal regulations and Amazon standards.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in Assurance, Automotive, Engineering, Logistics, Legal, or Contract Management, along with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams at the senior leadership level.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree.
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Quality Management certification.
- Project Management certification.
- Experience in Fleet Management.
- Proficiency in a second European language.
