We are seeking an experienced Senior Risk Manager to join our team at Amazon Deutschland Services GmbH. The successful candidate will work closely with our Senior Compliance Officer to manage the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of EU regulatory frameworks and a proven track record in creating and implementing operational frameworks, and managing metrics to monitor compliance against requirements.
The Senior Risk Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing operational compliance oversight frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to the DSA and potentially other EU product-related compliance regulations.
The role will also involve coordinating with internal stakeholders to assess risks and/or non-conformity issues and establishing mitigation strategies.
Additionally, the Senior Risk Manager will support with external audits, reporting, and data access requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and addressing any findings or recommendations.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
About the TeamThe Trustworthy Shopping Experience team works with regulators, brands, selling partners, and customers to identify and mitigate/prevent compliance, selling partner, or product risk.
Requirements- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
- Experience in compliance, audit, or risk management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles/Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
- Master's degree or equivalent
