We are seeking an experienced Tour Manager to join our dynamic team in the development and production of film music concerts and cultural projects worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize tour schedules, book concert venues, and coordinate travel and accommodations for artists and their crew.
  • Prepare and manage tour budgets, including expenses related to travel, accommodations, meals, and salaries.
  • Manage logistics on the road, including equipment transport, technical needs, and soundcheck schedules.
  • Lead and coordinate the tour team, ensuring everyone is informed of schedules and last-minute changes.
  • Act as the main point of contact between artists, concert promoters, venues, and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in live entertainment production.
  • Advanced cooperation skills with venues.
  • Experience in handling travel arrangements for A and B-level celebrities.
  • Contracting vendors and staffing for various services.
  • Project management abilities.
  • Good knowledge of the music, film, sport, or theatre industry.
  • Strong sense of personal responsibility, flexibility, and proactivity in stressful situations.
