Account Manager for Existing Clients

Position Overview:

As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with our current clientele in the Smart Factory sector. Your role will involve:

  • Proactively reaching out to our existing customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Managing inquiries and leads from potential clients to expand our market presence.
  • Assessing customer requirements to uncover new opportunities within the manufacturing domain.
  • Demonstrating the unique benefits of our software solutions tailored to specific functionalities.
  • Preparing detailed quotes and facilitating order generation.

Qualifications:

  • A completed vocational or technical training, or a degree in a relevant technical field.
  • Familiarity with technical manufacturing processes, ideally in machinery or plant engineering.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer engagement, Lean Management, or digital transformation consulting is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for customer interaction.
  • A dependable, accountable team player.
  • Proficiency in German is essential.
