Account Manager for Existing Clients

Position Overview:

As a key player in our organization, you will:

  • Actively connect with our current clientele in the Smart Factory domain.
  • Manage inquiries and sales leads from prospective customers.
  • Assess client needs and pinpoint potential growth areas within the manufacturing landscape.
  • Demonstrate the unique advantages of our software offerings tailored to specific functionalities.
  • Create quotations and facilitate order processing.

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational or technical education, or a degree in a relevant technical discipline.
  • Familiarity with technical manufacturing processes, ideally in machinery or plant engineering.
  • Preferably, a background in sales, customer engagement, Lean Management, or digital transformation consulting.
  • A passion for client interactions, coupled with excellent communication abilities.
  • Reliability, responsibility, and a collaborative spirit are essential.
  • Proficiency in German is required.
