Senior Human Resources Project Manager

OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE:
As a key member of the team, this position is tasked with the oversight and management of the Global HR Project & Initiative Portfolio, alongside the Global HR Multi-Year Roadmap. Collaborating with various stakeholders, this role ensures that HR Projects submitted through the Global HR intake process are thoroughly evaluated and validated according to established criteria. Additionally, it oversees the Global HRLT Portfolio review and approval procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains a comprehensive portfolio of Global HR Change requests, Initiatives, and Projects at all stages from inception to completion. Verifies that proper validation has been conducted through the Global HR Intake process and that all necessary documentation is in place. Collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) and HR Business Partner teams to ensure that individual portfolios are consolidated into Global Tracking. Works in conjunction with DTI HR Partners to facilitate the HR Technical change request process, ensuring accurate status updates and the inclusion of the Global HR Portfolio as needed. Keeps the multi-year Global HR Roadmap updated by partnering with HR COEs and HR Technology teams to ensure all aspects are current and precise. Leverages technology to enhance the presentation and narrative of the HR Portfolio and Roadmap, optimizing frameworks and processes while ensuring data accuracy. Ensures compliance with the established governance process for the intake, approval, and prioritization of HR Initiatives and Projects, facilitating this process as necessary and escalating issues when required. Collaborates with HR Operations excellence teams on relationship management or internal HR Shared Services Initiatives as needed. Monitors the implementation of approved and prioritized HR Initiatives to ensure appropriate status tracking. Aids in the development of communication strategies, metrics, and continuous improvement efforts related to the HR Portfolio and Roadmap. NoneEDUCATION AND REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor's Degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
• 8 – 12 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Project Management or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with Portfolio and Project Management tools and best practices; experience with Smartsheet & JIRA is advantageous.
• Experience in indirect people management is preferred.
• Ability to influence others effectively.
• Demonstrates initiative, results-oriented mindset, and a strong sense of urgency.
• Possesses strong analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Workday is a plus.
