OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE:

As a key member of the team, this position is tasked with overseeing and sustaining the Global HR Project & Initiative Portfolio alongside the Global HR Multi-Year Roadmap. Collaborating with various stakeholders, this role ensures that HR Projects submitted through the Global HR intake process are thoroughly assessed and validated against established criteria. Additionally, it manages the Global HR Leadership Team's Portfolio review and approval procedures.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversees the portfolio of Global HR Change requests, Initiatives, and Projects through all phases from inception to completion. Ensures proper validation has been conducted through the Global HR Intake process and that all necessary documentation is received. Collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) and HR Business Partner teams to ensure that individual portfolios are integrated into Global Tracking. Works in conjunction with DTI HR Partners to facilitate the HR Technical change request process, ensuring accurate status updates and the inclusion of the Global HR Portfolio when necessary. Maintains a multi-year Global HR Roadmap, partnering with HR COEs and HR Technology to ensure all elements are current and precise. Utilizes technology to enhance the summarization and storytelling of the HR Portfolio and Roadmap, streamlining frameworks and processes while ensuring information accuracy. Guarantees adherence to the defined governance process for the intake, approval, and prioritization of HR Initiatives and Projects, facilitating this process as needed and escalating issues when necessary. Collaborates with HR Operations excellence teams on relationship management or internal HR Shared Services Initiatives as required. Monitors the implementation of approved and prioritized HR Initiatives for appropriate status updates. Aids in the development of communication strategies, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives related to the HR Portfolio and Roadmap. Performs additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

A Bachelor's Degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

• 8 – 12 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Project Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Familiarity with Portfolio and Project Management tools and best practices; experience with Smartsheet & JIRA is advantageous.

• Experience in indirect people management is preferred.

• Ability to influence and manage through collaboration.

• Demonstrates initiative, results-oriented approach, and a strong sense of urgency.

• Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required; experience with Workday is a plus.
