About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Business Partner to join our team in Rosenheim, Germany. As a key member of our Global Workplace Operations team, you will be responsible for leading the workplace operations in Rosenheim, reporting to the Head of Global Workplace Operations EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the relationship with Ericsson stakeholders for the Rosenheim location and be responsible for meeting users' Workplace Experience needs.
- Be responsible for stakeholder engagement, supply partner management, and cost management to achieve delivery of FM & hospitality services, workplace management, and sustainability objectives.
- Work closely with Real Estate's Portfolio & Project Management, IT, Security, EHS, and local business units to align workplace strategies, practices, and operations with Global Real Estate strategies.
- Closely collaborate with Real Estate Portfolio & Project Management to achieve location strategies.
- Present data to key stakeholders and drive stakeholder engagement, including all Portfolio & Project Management matters.
- Have solid workplace management experience, with both operational FM and stakeholder management roles.
- Develop effective and summarized presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, and top management.
- Exhibit Change & Improvement Management Skills.
- Show understanding of Real Estate Process, Models & Strategies.
- Strong leadership and management experience within multiple site Region.
- Major corporate campus facilities experience and running several projects, sites, and financials within a multiple location portfolio.
- A clear understanding of Real Estate operations and processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrate experience of developing and implementing global standards, especially in a manufacturing environment.
- English and German language proficiency.
