Project Manager Construction Sports Facilities

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at SWIETELSKY Baugesellschaft m.b.H. as a Construction Manager for Sports Facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various construction projects in the sports facilities sector.
- You will work closely with our team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects meet the required specifications and standards.
- Managing and supervising construction teams to ensure that work is carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Monitoring and controlling project costs, timelines, and quality standards.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Developing and implementing project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
- You will also be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Managing and maintaining relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Providing technical guidance and support to construction teams.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications and experience in construction management, project management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire construction teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
