About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at SWIETELSKY Baugesellschaft m.b.H. as a Construction Manager for Sports Facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various construction projects in the sports facilities sector.
  • You will work closely with our team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects meet the required specifications and standards.
    • Managing and supervising construction teams to ensure that work is carried out efficiently and effectively.
    • Monitoring and controlling project costs, timelines, and quality standards.
    • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
    • Developing and implementing project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • You will also be responsible for:
    • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Managing and maintaining relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
    • Providing technical guidance and support to construction teams.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in construction management, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire construction teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
