Senior Specialist Payroll

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist Payroll to join our team at adidas. As a key member of our HR Services department, you will play a critical role in supporting the administration of core benefits and time management tools, programs, and processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and company regulations.
  • Provide expert consultancy services to employees and the HR community on payroll-related matters, including benefits and time management.
  • Handle complex inquiries and support through ticket self-service, email, and other communication channels.
  • Support the implementation of HR Services strategy for payroll administration, including the development and maintenance of tools, programs, and processes.
  • Oversee procurement, invoicing, and financial process activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.
  • Ensure the consistent application of local and global standards, policies, and processes.
  • Develop and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR Services teams, HR Rewards Partners, and experts to drive continuous improvement of HR procedures, processes, and systems.
  • Develop and maintain user manuals, process mappings, and communication materials to support employees and internal customers.
  • Participate in payroll-related projects as a functional specialist, providing administrative support to global projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Commercial education or University Degree
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, ideally within an international matrix organization
  • Excellent command of English and German
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications
  • Specialized skills in work area - Broad knowledge in functional area
