Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
In the realm of HR Services, we deliver exceptional services and business expertise concerning all HR-related processes. As HR Services aims to merge proficient and professional business collaboration with ongoing enhancement of services in an efficient and value-driven manner, this role plays a crucial part in supporting this objective through the following key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct general administration within the HR Services team for all defined processes, tools, and programs on both a European and global scale.
- Act as a point of contact for the HR community and relevant stakeholders regarding specific HR Services matters.
- Manage standard inquiries and provide support through a ticketing system or via phone as necessary.
- Timely execute assigned tasks and issues in accordance with established processes, timelines, and service levels, adhering to tariff and works agreements.
- Assist and oversee the digital transformation within HR Services.
- Administer procurement, invoicing, and financial processes, including reporting and recharging when required.
- Support the preparation of data and system audits and execute them accordingly.
- Deliver consistent information to employees on HR Services topics based on established processes and knowledge databases.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR Services procedures, processes, systems, and associated documentation.
- Ensure accurate execution of laws and regulations concerning specific employee master data and organizational data as per defined procedures.
- Recommend modifications to systems and processes to ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
- Provide input for the creation of user manuals and process mappings.
- Offer insights for communicating standards, procedures, and processes to employees, internal customers, and the Works Council.
- Regularly participate in workshops and meetings led by subject matter experts within HR Services.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong affinity for and experience with business computing solutions, ideally with SAP HR.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player mentality.
- Strong customer focus and service orientation.
- International mindset; initial experience in a geographically and culturally diverse team.
- Ability to work under pressure while prioritizing and completing tasks based on importance.
- Good understanding of legal and tariff regulations.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree or commercial education.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a multinational environment, preferably within HR.
- Proficient command of English and German.
- Experience with business computing solutions, ideally with SAP HR.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Fully qualified/trained in the role, with deep knowledge of HR Shared Service setups.
