We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist Account Operations to join our team at adidas. As a key member of our Account Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class services to our wholesale customers, working closely with the sales organization and key departments to fulfill our strategic business plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Expertise: Be an expert in all operational and commercial areas, ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times.
- Process Improvement: Actively question working methods and practices, proposing and implementing practical improvements.
- Order Management: Process daily customer inquiries, clarifying questions and offering creative and efficient solutions, including communication with wholesale customers via all coordinated communication channels.
- Data Analysis: Create, analyze, and interpret data and reports in accordance with business needs and external customer expectations.
- Problem-Solving: Find solutions to recurring problems in cooperation with interfaces to avoid complaints or returns.
- Customer Setup: Work with wholesale customers and partners to ensure efficient and accurate customer setup, including coordination of new customer setups and changes to customer data.
- Order Book Management: Manage the order book from purchase order to invoice to ensure transparency and conversion of the order book.
- Special Tasks: Execute special tasks, commercial agreements, and customer-specific management of supplies for campaigns, promotional items, and introductory items.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Key User and Tester: Act as a key user and/or tester in system- and process-based IT projects, updating and adapting test scenarios.
- Project Support: Support in projects and workshops to achieve departmental goals.
- Customer Meetings: Participate in customer meetings inside and outside the Herzogenaurach site.

Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, SAP, Salesforce, and MicroStrategy

- High level of customer orientation, presentation, and communication skills
- Process-oriented thinking and in-depth understanding of complex relationships
- Experience working under pressure to meet deadlines and conflicting priorities
- Willingness to travel if necessary
Education and Experience:
- Successfully completed vocational training in the field of industry or logistics as well as further training or a bachelor's degree
- More than 3 years of experience in customer service in the areas of customer service, sales, or supply chain
