POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking passionate travel aficionados who excel in customer relations for our operations. As a pivotal representative of our organization, you will report directly to the Operations Area Manager, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring our fleet of campervans is in pristine condition, and managing all operational challenges to facilitate seamless depot functionality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage incoming bookings, oversee vehicle check-in and check-out processes, and coordinate team activities;
- Train, mentor, and supervise your team members;
- Ensure the upkeep of the fleet, logistics management, and maintenance of campervans;
- Oversee workforce planning, inventory management, and liaise with local suppliers and cleaning services;
- Address customer complaints, emergencies, and any local operational issues to ensure smooth processes;
- Assist in the resale of campervans, including preparation and presentation to potential buyers.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- A travel enthusiast with strong customer interaction skills, ideally with a background in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Vehicle Rentals;
- Minimum of 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity;
- Proficient in both German and English (required);
- Eligible to work in the region, possess a valid driver's license, and be comfortable driving a campervan (required);
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays;
- A dependable individual who approaches their responsibilities with seriousness and reliability.
