Job Overview

This position is designed to build a talent pipeline for future opportunities.

Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business sales revenue through a Software as a Service (SaaS) licensing model. This will involve strategic account and territory planning, thorough research of potential clients, and executing field-based sales initiatives within a designated group of prospects, territory, or industry vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with various C-suite executives (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product offerings.
  • Manage client relationship mapping to the account team, coordinating a comprehensive account strategy with a diverse virtual team (including Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing).
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by comprehensively understanding their business needs and recommending how ServiceNow can enhance their IT strategies.
  • Identify and engage the appropriate specialist or support resources to involve in a deal at the optimal time.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales within a software or solutions sales environment.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is essential.
  • Proven track record of building trusted relationships with current and prospective clients as well as cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to generate new business, negotiate contracts, and maintain robust C-Level relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Capability to grasp the broader context and strategic plans related to IT.
  • Experience fostering a customer success mindset in a collaborative team environment.
