Senior Sales Representative for Internal Sales

We are seeking a Senior Sales Representative to become a vital part of our dynamic team at bobbie Deutschland GmbH, a pioneering digital supplier of building materials. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and engaging potential clients within the B2B market
- Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing B2B clients
- Negotiating pricing and contract terms
- Formulating and presenting effective sales strategies
- Conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis
- Overseeing and mentoring team members
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, site assessments, and industry exhibitions
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales or commercial role
- Proven sales aptitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation capabilities
- Fluency in both German and English
- Passion for tackling challenging tasks
