Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales Representative to become a vital part of our dynamic team at bobbie Deutschland GmbH, a pioneering digital supplier of building materials. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and engaging potential clients within the B2B market
  • Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing B2B clients
  • Negotiating pricing and contract terms
  • Formulating and presenting effective sales strategies
  • Conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis
  • Overseeing and mentoring team members
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site assessments, and industry exhibitions
Candidate Profile
  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales or commercial role
  • Proven sales aptitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation capabilities
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Passion for tackling challenging tasks
  • Preferred: Background in the building materials sector
