About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Grand City Property. As a key member of our property development team, you will be responsible for leading the renovation and modernization of our residential properties, including the complete renovation of our apartment buildings, repairs, and replacements of building components such as roofs, facades, windows, balconies, elevators, and heating, water, and ventilation systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with contractors, planners, and executing companies to ensure the optimal execution of construction and renovation projects.
  • Oversee projects from the conceptual phase to the awarding of planning and construction services, take control and supervision until the project's completion, including the associated acceptance and billing.
  • Identify and rectify defects while preserving warranty claims.
  • Advise our Property and Asset Management on solutions for modernization and maintenance measures.
  • Prepare budgets, offer comparisons, and cost comparisons.
  • Document the project's progress in the designated IT systems.
Requirements
  • You hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a Master's degree in a related field.
  • You have at least 8 years of experience in construction management and project management of modernization and renovation projects.
  • You have already gained experience in leading teams in a professional and disciplinary manner.
  • You are well-organized, self-structured, and a responsible person.
  • You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills when dealing with customers and companies.
  • You have English language skills in writing and speaking, as well as good MS-Office skills.
  • It would be ideal if you have industry knowledge in real estate or property management.
  • You hold a valid driver's license (Class B).
