Job Description:

As a Senior Brand Marketing Manager at Techem, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand and segment strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute brand and segment strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals.
  • Manage and execute marketing projects and sub-projects, including market research and analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement plans for brand and segment-specific marketing activities, including campaign development and execution.
  • Develop and implement marketing materials that are tailored to specific target audiences.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Your Profile:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Brand Marketing Manager or Marketing Consultant with a focus on brand and brand activation.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing unified brand identities, from overall strategy to planning and operational implementation.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to facilitate the successful implementation of brand initiatives.
  • Analytical and structured working style, with a digital and data-driven mindset and a practical approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and ideally also in English.
