GULP – experts united is currently in search of a skilled Project Manager for Pharmaceutical Development (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team.

Your role includes:

  • Managing and overseeing development initiatives in pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, medical devices, and nutrition
  • Formulating comprehensive project plans utilizing MS Projects (PWA)
  • Serving as the main liaison for clients throughout project execution
  • Ensuring effective coordination for successful project delivery
  • Assisting in the creation and revision of technical documentation
  • Monitoring budgetary information and providing insightful analysis
  • Designing onboarding strategies and aiding new team members

Your profile:

  • A degree in natural sciences such as chemistry, biology, pharmacy, or a related discipline
  • Experience within the regulated pharmaceutical sector (GMP) and product development
  • Proven leadership capabilities and knowledge in team management
  • An innovative approach with strong financial oversight skills
  • A hands-on mentality complemented by sound decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software
